Debra J. Atkins, M.D., M.B.A.

Dr. Atkins is board-certified with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Univeristy of New Mexico School of Medicine and her Master’s of Business with a concentration in Medical Services Management from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and School of Continuing Studies. She did her residency in Internal Medicine with a focus in Dermatology and followed this with a fellowship in Aerospace Medicine. Prior to attending medicial school; she worked for and has recently retired from Delta Air Lines, Inc., this lead to her interest in Aerospace Medicine.

Dr Atkins is an Associate of the American Society of Lipo-Suction Surgery (a sub specialty organization of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery), International Society of Dermatology, an Associate of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Internal Medicine and American Society for Aerospace Medicine. She is licensed to practice in Georgia. Her research has led to numerous publications and lectures in Dermatology. She is listed in “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in US Executives and Professionals.” Dr. Atkins is a known expert in cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery and laser surgery and medicine. She has been designated as a center of excellence by two major laser companies and serves to train other cosmetic surgeons.

 

John Frodel, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Frodel is board-certified with the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine prior to completing his residency in General Surgery at Harvard Surgical Service in Boston and his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. In addition, he completed a Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of California in San Francisco.

He has been a full-time academic faculty member at the University of Iowa School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, University of New Mexico School of Medicine and is currently the cosmetic medical director in the Geisinger Healthcare System. Dr. Frodel offers a less invasive facelift, called the “Quicklift” that not only redrapes the facial skin but, also changes the underlying muscle structure for a more permanent result. Dr. Frodel is also a known expert in rhinoplasty, facial cosmetic surgery and complex facial reconstructive surgery. His special interests include minimally invasive facial cosmetic surgery, rhinoplasty, and aging facial rejuvenation surgery, as well as facial implant surgery. In addition, Dr. Frodel has been a visiting professor and lecturer throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and South America. He currently serves in an executive leadership position with the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
